TERMS OF LAYAWAY OPTION:

Payment Plan:

Order must Total $50 or more with shipping included

Flexible 60 or 90 day plans available

Broken up into 3 easy payments

First payment of 1/3 down will be due in 15 days from placing a "HOLD" on item (s)

Second and third payments can be scheduled on an Individual Basis to suit your Budget


Cancellation of Layaway:

In the event of a layaway being cancelled by the buyer prior to my receipt of the final payment, Granny's  reserves the right to keep 40% of the amount already paid....these are one of a kind unique items and understandably if on HOLD for a customer .... the item has not been able to find a loving home since it has been out of circulation.

Requests to delete an item (s) from an existing order are also subject to the above 40% re-stocking fee depending on length of time in layaway ... since most items are One of a Kind

Replacing item (s) within an already existing Layaway order is subject to our discretion & availability at the time of purchase - we will try to be as fair as possible with each circumstance.

Refunds will be issued within 48 hours


Default of Layaway:

If final payment is not made within two weeks of the stipulated due date....unless otherwise arranged for in advance - 40% re-stocking fee will apply as well
